First , in order to schedule a consultation, you will need to complete the following requirements:

If you will be paying out of pocket for surgery (cash/credit), click here.

Please note that prior to your consultation, you will be asked to upload photos of the parts of your body you would like altered through surgery. Photos are not required for bottom surgery consultations.

Those who start the process as cash-pay patients can later request their surgery to be covered by insurance if they gain coverage. However, your surgery date may be postponed as we wait for authorization from your insurance.

Second, if you are interested in having your insurance cover your gender-affirming surgery, please send us the following:

Our Insurance Advocacy Team will help you free of charge. We have successfully helped 90% of interested patients with insurance secure coverage for their procedure(s). To initiate this process, please send us the following information to advocate@genderconfirmation.com:

* Preferred name and pronouns

* Legal name (if different than preferred name)

* Date of birth

* Front and back of your insurance card

* Front of your government issued ID

* Name of requested procedure(s)
